General Shipping & Return Policies.

Described below are the site wide policies of Fashion Nation.in which apply to all sales and purchases made on the website. These policies are applicable in addition to the shop level policies available on the product description page; however in the unexpected case of contradiction these policies will over rule the shop level policies.

Video of the opening of the package is MUST for any issues with Quality or Wrong Product being sent.


Exchange Policy:
Exchange of products will be allowed in the following situations:

  • Product was defective at the time of delivery. Video is required while opening of the package.
  • Wrong Product was shipped. Video is required while opening of the package.
  • There is deviation in the actual product from its description
  • The return should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

Conditions for exchange -
FashionNation.in follows very simple rules for exchange.

  • All exchange requests to be intimated to FashionNation.in via mail within 24 hours of delivery of product.
  • Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
  • Cost of return will be borne by the buyer in case wrong product was shipped.
  • The buyer will get some discount coupons or a credit note for the damaged product.
  • Under no circumstances ANY MONEY will not be refunded. :) We love our customers!

 

Refund Policy:
Refund of payment is applicable only in the following situations - 
In case fresh stock is not available with seller for exchange as per above guidelines, customer will get a full refund of the amount in their bank account/credit card within 14 days after returning the goods safely and in original condition to the seller.

We do not provide Cash Refunds, and any refunds shall be in the form of Gift Vouchers worth the amount spent by you. These vouchers will have a Validity Period and you can use it to buy anything else from www.FashionNation.in

No Refunds on Bollywood Inspired Apparels & Customized Orders.

Shipping Policy:

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
  • Cash on Delivery will not be available at all cities.
  • Octroi wherever applicable will be paid to the courier company by the buyer; FashionNation.in will not be responsible for Octroi payments.

Terms of Sale:

  • While all care is taken to present the item in all accuracy, any omission or error is purely unintentional. We expect co-operation from the buyer in such cases
  • Customized Orders are not accepted for any exchange or refunds.
  • All pictures displayed in the listings are for illustration purpose only.
  • No complaints on Colour / Model type shall be entertained if the features are as advertised. 
  • All logos, trademarks and brands are the property of their respective owners.

  • PayPal - Available for international orders - please choose PayPal International Payments on Checkout
  • We do not encourage COD, as of now. However, you can check with us writing to us with your address and the desired product to FashionNation.in@gmail.com. We shall try to do, if possible.
